Workshops

Get a few of your friends together to learn more about starting solids with your baby, how to introduce allergens or how to truly nourish yourself during postpartum.

Starting Solids – 5 PAX $250 1hr

Grabs some friends, pick a space and I will do the rest. I will provide:

  • A handout with all information discussed in the workshop

  • A light morning tea/afternoon tea offering 

  • Advice on when to start, how to start, what to start with, BLW vs Spoon feeding, keeping baby safe, important nutrients and foods to delay and avoid.

Thriving in Postpartum – 5 PAX $250 1hr

Grabs some friends, pick a space and I will do the rest. I will provide:

  • A handout with all information discussed in the workshop

  • A light morning tea/afternoon tea offering 

  • Key nutrients to include

  • Tips on practices that encourage healing

  • Strategies to prioritize rest and recovery

  • Recipe ideas

  • Holistic breastfeeding advice 

  • General Postpartum Condition remedy advice 

  • General Supplementation advice 

  • Q&A on all things Postpartum


Kinesiology Session

90 mins $90

Holistic healing session using meridian massage, structural body work, chakra balancing, visualisation exercises, acupressure, muscle testing for supplements and diet, food sensitivity, nervous system regulation, rewiring unhealthy belief patterns and behaviours.

Kinesiology can be used to support a plethora of symptoms and complaints these are some things you can receive support with:

A SESSION looks like:

  • 90 minutes broken into 20 minutes to unpack your goals for the session and what you would like to achieve. Then usually 45 minutes to 1hr on the table using muscle testing to determine what corrections your body needs to restore balance and reduce stress and emotions stored in the body. 10 mins at the end to go through what has been brought up and design some home support for you.
